Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processing, coding and posting purchase invoices
• Allocating costs to the general ledger
• Investigating invoice queries and discrepancies
• Processing supplier payments
• Completing supplier statement reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Managing payments into accounts receivable ledgers
• Answering incoming calls
• Managing shared mailbox activity
• General finance and administrative duties
• Exposure to month-end processes, management and compliance reporting, KPI reporting and wider finance projects
