Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing client receipts and payments.
• Understand client ledgers and completion statements.
• Assist with supplier processing invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Learn to reconcile bank accounts daily.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Learn and apply accounting principles and software tools.
• Assist with client ledger management.
• Collaborate to ensure timely, accurate financial information.
• Support other administrative finance tasks as required.
