Finance Change Delivery Manager – Salary circa £45,000

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in change delivery, ideally within finance operations, who’s ready to step into a high-impact role. Whether you're an experienced project manager or a change professional with a passion for stakeholder engagement and operational excellence, this could be your next big move.

A bit about the job:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Finance Operations and Change (FIOC) team, where you’ll lead the safe and effective delivery of change initiatives that support our shared service operating model. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, testing teams, and PMO to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will be pivotal in managing senior stakeholders, providing clear updates, and ensuring that change is embedded with minimal disruption to business-as-usual operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of change initiatives within Finance Operations and Change (FIOC) and support the shared service operating model.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, testing teams, and PMO to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Manage senior stakeholders, provide clear updates, and ensure change is embedded with minimal disruption to business-as-usual operations.
Skills and experience
  • Proven experience in change delivery or project management, ideally within finance operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to apply change management methodologies across varied scenarios
  • Experience working with governance frameworks and risk controls
  • Desirable: PRINCE2, APM PMQ, Agile Change Management, or similar qualifications
