Job summary

Undisclosed seeks an experienced Finance Product Development Analyst to link Finance, Change and Technology, embedding requirements across a portfolio of business initiatives. The role drives process improvements, supports regulatory compliance, and promotes operational excellence in Finance.

You will partner with Finance, Technology and wider business teams to assess impact, manage changes, and deliver solutions with minimal disruption. Strong data analysis and SAP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services or a regulated environment.
• Experience delivering or supporting finance change initiatives.
• Strong data analysis across reporting, systems and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance SME across change and transformation initiatives.
• Represent Finance requirements in collaboration with Change and Technology teams.
• Lead change delivery plans and track benefits and risks.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, and business transition activities.
• Maintain documentation and support process automation opportunities.
