BSW Group is hiring a Finance Business Partner – Trainee at our Dunfermline head office. You’ll join our Finance Shared Services function to develop commercial and financial skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

You'll learn from senior partners while supporting financial insight, analysis and reporting to aid decision-making and performance. A proactive learner with strong attention to detail will thrive.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a professional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
• Solid understanding of basic financial principles, including statements, budgeting and KPIs.
• Experience with Excel and financial systems; SAP exposure is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily, weekly and monthly management reports with accurate data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives under guidance.
• Help develop financial models, forecasts, and cost centre analyses.
• Translate financial data into clear information for non-financial stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of system-based reporting and data processes.
• Stay updated on financial processes, market trends and regulations.
