Job Description

We have a new opportunity to join our Finance team as a Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior operational leaders to provide financial insights and facilitate strategic decision-making, aiming to unlock cost efficiencies and maximize performance within the Cost Cap. Your expertise will support our goal to be a top team in the FIA Formula One Constructors’ Championship.

Responsibilities include:

• End-to-end ownership of forecasting and budgeting processes related to supply chain and production costs of the F1 car.
• Providing insights into expenditure and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies and performance improvements.
• Understanding stock processes within the ERP system and their integration into all stages of production, from design release to completion.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Operations and Finance for collaborative financial planning.
• Driving process, system, and data accuracy improvements.

Requirements for success:

• Qualified (CIMA, AAT, ACCA, or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in business partnering within supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Experience with stock management from a finance perspective and inventory accounting.
• Proficiency with ERP & finance systems, Power BI, and Excel is preferred.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Silverstone campus, with travel to other locations as needed.
