Job Description:

We have a new opportunity to be part of our Finance team in the role of Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain.

In this role, you will business partner senior operational leaders to provide financial insights and facilitate strategic decision making, helping to unlock cost efficiencies and maximise performance within the Cost Cap. Your expertise will directly support our ambition to consistently be a top team in the FIA Formula One Constructors’ Championship.

You will be responsible for:

Business Partnering:

  • End-to-end ownership of forecasting and budgeting processes with regards to supply chain and production costs of the F1 car
  • Providing insights into expenditure and identifying opportunities to drive cost efficiencies and performance
  • Understanding of end-to-end stock processes within the ERP system and integration into all stages of production, from design release to completion
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Operations, as well as the wider Finance department to enable joined up, collaborative financial planning.
  • Driving improvements to processes, systems and the accuracy of financial data and models.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

Qualifications:

  • Qualified (CIMA, AAT, ACCA or equivalent), with demonstrable post-qualification experience.

Experience:

  • Proven experience of business partnering in a supply chain, manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Experience of working with stock from a finance perspective and inventory accounting.
  • Strong experience of working with ERP & finance systems, Power BI and Excel is preferable

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to present data clearly and effectively using a variety of tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to influence across departments.
  • Committed to high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Clear understanding of and commitment to Health & Safety standards.

This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
