We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain to join our team.

This position offers significant opportunities for progression and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization. You will act as a vital link between Finance and Supply Chain, driving collaboration and supporting the business in achieving its strategic goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about Finance who wants to make a real impact by supporting and enhancing our Supply Chain operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business partnering with UKI Supply Chain and Co-manufacturing teams
  • Building strong partnerships with UKI and Europe finance teams
  • Owning COGS/Distribution forecast for UKI
  • Communicating with UKI Supply Chain, Finance, and business leadership
  • Supporting the period close process and providing insights into performance
  • Reporting and analysis, including periodic reporting, forecast analysis, and deck preparation
  • Driving productivity initiatives for UKI Supply Chain
  • Identifying risks and opportunities in the short and medium term
  • Supporting strategic planning and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, including deck analysis and preparation
  • Identifying dashboards, reports, and analyses that can be automated using digital solutions instead of Excel workbooks
  • Providing ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed

This list covers the main duties, but other responsibilities may be added to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Finance or Business Administration)
  • Master's and/or CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualification preferred
  • Experience in procurement finance
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly analytical with excellent collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of core business processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Strong collaboration and matrix management skills, detail-oriented, and planful
  • Understanding of key business drivers to deliver results
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Experience with SAP is a plus

This role is based in Farringdon, London, and requires coming to the office 2-3 days a week.
