Job summary

Bupa in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Functional Executive team and its departments. You will ensure financial control across cost centres, manage month-end close, rolling forecasts and the three-year plan, and provide executive-level commentary with insightful management information.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, robust financial modelling, and the ability to challenge proposals with data-driven options.

Qualifications

• ICAEW, ACCA or CIMA qualification required.
• Minimum 5 years' finance experience in industry or practice.
• Experience partnering with an executive team and presenting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial control for one or several functions/cost centres within the Bupa cost base.
• Deliver month-end, rolling forecasts and three-year plan.
• Provide Exec level commentary and MI across functional finances.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure adherence to internal policies.
