The Finance Business Partner Shrink & Store Expenses leads the overall financial strategy across approximately £400m shrink and £800m store expenses costs. This includes leading the financial investment and strategy for these cost areas, including supporting the evaluation of new initiatives to drive future decision-making and identifying opportunities across these cost areas.
