About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and driven Finance Business Partner to join our welcoming resort-based Finance team. This full-time, permanent position offers a hands-on role supporting operational teams on resort and collaborating with the support centre to shape strategic decisions. The role involves data analysis, stock coordination, process improvements, budgeting, forecasting, and managing Caravan P&L, accounts, purchasing, and cashier processes.

About You

You should be a qualified or part-qualified accountant, eager to bring your skills to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Strong financial principles, data analysis skills, relationship-building, and excellent communication are essential. You must be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, proficient in Excel, and have a commercial mindset to identify trends and opportunities in areas like Retail, Payroll, and Expenses.
