We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team based in Dunbar, Scotland.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the provision of regional financial and technical information and reports, including business management reporting such as performance plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide financial advice, support, and challenge stakeholders as appropriate to improve business performance.
- Prepare CAPEX schedules including capital expenditure authorizations, project evaluations, and forecasts.
- Lead the provision of accurate, timely, and SOX-compliant accounting information to the senior regional team and produce accounts that comply with company processes, procedures, and statutory obligations, ensuring balance sheet integrity.
- Ensure relevant management information is provided to regional managers and their teams.
- Ensure the integrity of regional accounting records, assets, and liabilities.
- Review and confirm monthly regional performance cost statements, KPIs, performance measures with variance analysis and benchmarking as required.
- Regional responsibilities include: Dunbar Cement Plant and Dunbar Packing Plant.
- National responsibilities include: Cement Support Costs and weekly reporting of cement KPIs in EXQL.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fully Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or qualified by experience, with proven financial operational experience.
- Enjoys working on-site at the Dunbar operations as a key team member.
- Demonstrable finance operations background with relevant technical skills, ideally within a large matrix organization.
- Proven track record of delivering value through effective execution of finance and business strategies.
- Flexible and adaptable style to reflect business changes.
- Willing to travel to other sites including Solihull and Buxton.
