Job summary

Kenny Recruit are working with a fast-growing nationwide property business to appoint a Finance Business Partner in Liverpool. The role covers budgeting, cost tracking, and value creation across developments, with procurement support and cost-saving initiatives.

The successful candidate will be newly qualified or studying ACA/ACCA/CIMA, with strong Excel skills and a commercial mindset. Salary £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience, with a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified or studying ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong Excel skills.
• Commercially minded with interest in data and insight.
• Confident communicator able to engage non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts.
• Produce financial analysis, insights and commentary for senior management.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Partner with operational teams to drive performance and support decision-making.
• Identify and implement process, reporting and control improvements.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing opportunities.
• Take ownership of the development/construction finance function and reporting.
