We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who can do more than just crunch numbers — someone who lives and breathes commercial insight, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of something extraordinary.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering with event delivery and operational teams to provide real-time, value-adding financial support and strategic insight
• Preparing and presenting P&L reports before, during, and after major events
• Supporting pricing strategies, commercial deals, and forecasting with both Peppermint and Levy stakeholders
• Analysing cost performance and driving efficiency opportunities without compromising the experience
• Ensuring accurate financial governance across multiple live projects and events
• Collaborating on budgets, investment cases, and post-event analysis to influence decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

• Finalist/Part/Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience with a strong commercial mindset
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or fast-paced, multi-site operations
• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Adaptable, curious, and thrives under pressure — especially when the stakes are high and the music’s loud!
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in the field — this isn’t your typical desk job
