Reporting to the Manufacturing Finance Manager, supporting a dynamic manufacturing environment, you will be an experienced business partner, building relationships with Site Management, Operations, and Engineering teams to solve problems and find solutions. Your duties will include:

  • Partnering with Site and Operations Managers to identify budget risks and opportunities
  • Managing manufacturing cost centres, completing period end journals, and providing accurate reporting and analysis
  • Reviewing and analyzing weekly reports on labour and material usage
  • Preparing operational budgets and forecasts with detailed explanations
  • Handling product costing and maintaining standard costs in SAP
  • Providing financial training to manufacturing staff
  • Participating in projects to support business decisions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage both Finance and Non-Finance stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and IT tools
  • Manufacturing sector experience is preferred
