Job Description

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of FBP - E&SC for all nuclear activity in the UK and support entity business leads.
  • Assist in project analysis, plan validation, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Prepare for stakeholder meetings by presenting insights.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly management reporting for local businesses and group.
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for FBP.
  • Provide financial support for merger and acquisition (M&A) activities.
  • Support the future consolidation of legal entities in the UK.
  • Help integrate new acquisitions into the Egis Group finance processes, especially with the upcoming rollout of Oracle ERP in Q1 2025.
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Advanced Excel and Office skills.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP is desirable.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills across complex matrix organizations.
  • Experience in business transformation.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines accurately.
  • Effective communication with senior business leaders.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Educational Background & Experience
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified Accountant.
  • Significant accounting experience, preferably in consulting and engineering projects involving performance-based contracts.
