A great opportunity to use your finance experience and expertise to support a purpose-driven nonprofit organisation in the food sector as their Finance Business Partner.

This role offers the chance to join a nonprofit organisation dedicated to community support for food insecurity across the UK. The organisation is committed to its mission, purpose, and values.

The Finance Business Partner will support internal stakeholders across various teams, including food, supply chain, logistics, network partner support, operational centres (warehouses), and support functions. Working within a well-established and supportive finance team, the role requires versatility to engage in cross-organisational projects, develop, and manage budgets.

You will also be responsible for delivering monthly management accounts and KPI reporting for designated stakeholders, monitoring spend, and providing financial insights to align with strategic goals.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work with time in the central London office.

To be successful in this role, you will...
  • Be fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA or have equivalent experience
  • Have experience in business partnering—experience in the commercial supply chain and logistics industry is advantageous
  • Knowledge of not-for-profit or charitable organisations is highly desirable
  • Have a proven track record in managing month-end processes
  • Possess a strong financial accounting background
