A leading music industry company in London is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team. This hybrid role requires a focus on data analysis and financial reporting, ensuring strategic decisions are well-informed. Key responsibilities include partnering with international teams, delivering financial insights, and enhancing reporting processes. The ideal candidate has experience with Power BI and strong communication skills. The salary range is £50,000 - £55,000 plus bonus.
Finance Business Partner (Data Focused) | Music Business | London/Hybrid
Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with one of the most exciting, fast growth businesses with the Music Industry. Working in a newly opened, extremely modern and exciting office space in London, this world-renowned music company is looking for an International Finance Business Partner.
The company is industry leading in their value led approach to work, with a sociable and friendly team centred around a love of music adding to the workplace culture. This non corporate environment with over 500 employees offers fantastic exposure to the music industry, with a roster of some incredibly exciting and high-profile clients underpinning the success of the business. There is also an ethos of continual development stemming from senior level management, with great promotional opportunities available in the company mirrored by a low staff turnover rate throughout all departments.
Working within a collaborative and commercially focused finance team, this newly created position will play a key role in driving international revenue strategy and financial reporting. You\'ll act as the primary business partner to the Internationally-focused commercial leadership team, ensuring that all key decisions are backed by financial insight and aligned to broader strategic goals.
The role will have visibility across senior leadership, acting as the primary business partner to the Head of International to support with consolidating and monitoring business performance of affiliates around the world. You\'ll be responsible for consolidating these international reports, as well as revenue and distribution reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial planning over both short- and long-term horizons. Another major aspect of this role surrounds data analysis and automation, working with large financial data sets and providing support through Power BI dashboards and automation projects—so a proven track record automating and implementing data processes is key.

This is a hybrid position (2 days/week in-office) based in their Central London office.
Package:
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days in-office, 3 days working from home (WFH)
