Finance Business Partner - Hybrid Role

Salary Up to £48,000

We're recruiting on behalf of one of the largest integrated facilities management companies in Great Britain to help them find an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their central finance team based in Ipswich.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who is passionate about driving people strategies and operational excellence in a forward-thinking organisation. The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in shaping and supporting the people agenda, collaborating closely with the Strategic People Partner and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production of accurate monthly management accounts for the division, including accrual calculations and accounting adjustments in accordance with relevant financial reporting standards & company policies.
2. Prepare variance analysis for operational services and support functions within the division.
3. Monthly management reporting including KPIs.
4. Production of budget and forecasts, working closely with the Operational Heads.
5. Manage the month-end timetable and communications with all relevant parties.

Location:

Ipswich town centre Office (Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office).

Who You Are:

1. An enthusiastic individual with a positive working attitude to join a team of 4,000 colleagues across the UK.
2. Experienced in working with leadership teams and driving organisational change.
3. Qualified or in final stage of ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
4. Proven experience in managing and developing relationships with teams both internally and externally.
