Job Description:

This management role within the UK&I market wholesale organization is responsible for the financial oversight and accuracy of the Key Accounts channels, supporting key business decisions through financial insights.

The role reports to the Head of Controlling UKI and has one direct report.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary finance contact for the Key Accounts commercial team and manage relationships with end customers.
  2. Support commercial directors and management teams with financial insights to enhance decision-making.
  3. Handle internal and external reporting for the Key Accounts channel.
  4. Track rebates, chargebacks, and YEB per individual Key Account contract.
  5. Oversee frame stock management for Key Accounts.
  6. Collaborate with the Key Account team to understand differences between DOP profitability and true sourcing-based profitability.
  7. Analyze pricing structures and trading terms across the Key Accounts group, ensuring defensibility and maximizing profitability.
  8. Maintain regular contact with the commercial team to advise on target achievement and contract negotiations.
  9. Participate in project work as required.

Profile:

  1. CIMA or ACCA qualification.
  2. Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial information effectively.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  5. Strong Excel skills and data manipulation abilities.
  6. Ability to coach and motivate team members to achieve targets.
