We’re working with a well-known FMCG brand to find a Finance Business Partner to support their Sales and Marketing functions. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative finance team, working closely with commercial stakeholders to provide insight, challenge, and financial expertise that drives performance. The business offers a hybrid working culture, with flexibility to discuss the set-up that works best for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with Sales and Marketing to support budgeting, forecasting, commercial proposals and marketing ROI analysis
• Preparing commercial reports and insightful commentary for both internal teams and the parent group
• Supporting wider finance activity, including reporting, financial controls, and contributing to a collaborative team environment

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with at least 2 years’ PQE
• Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on, analytical approach
• Previous experience working in a business partnering role, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business
