We invite you to join us as a Finance Business Partner supporting our Hospitals within the Active Care Group. This position is remote, with an expectation of travel 2-3 days per week to our Hospitals located in London, Chislehurst, Bristol, Birmingham, and Redhill.
The Finance Business Partner will assist the Commercial Finance Director by providing financial business partnering and analysis to the Managing Director and the Regional Senior Management Team.
What you'll be doing:
- Business partnering with the Managing Director and operational and commercial teams to provide quality financial analysis and support.
- Driving development of KPIs and utilizing these to enable accurate management reporting and informed business decisions.
- Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the Commercial Finance Director and Managing Director, and liaising with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis and costings to support commercial and operational teams.
- Assisting the commercial team in pricing discussions and other commercial issues.
- Preparing business cases for acquisitions and new branch openings.
- Producing accurate and insightful management information, including revenue and margin analysis, with appropriate KPIs.
- Ensuring information is presented clearly and issues are reported to enable management to improve business performance.
- Supporting the Commercial Finance Director and wider finance team as needed.

- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA).
