AJ Chambers is seeking a Finance Business Partner for a high-growth, international logistics business to help develop a subsidiary overseas and drive commercial and operational finance. You should be prepared for international travel and possibly relocation.

This is a clear pathway to full ownership of the finance function for the right candidate. The role sits with a midsized UK team; you will oversee treasury, payroll, and SL/PL oversight, and contribute to business strategy through modelling

Qualifications

• Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Has strong operational finance experience.
• Has contributed to business strategy (modelling, SWOT, funding).
• Is confident operating independently.
• Ideally has experience in logistics, Wholesale, retail or another high-energy sector.
