Job Description:

Hays Senior Finance is working with a global logistics and supply chain company to recruit a Finance Business Partner based at their Warrington site. This company is part of a global group with operations in over 30 countries. The Group has manufacturing and distribution interests across multiple entities following years of growth and acquisitions. Due to a recent restructuring, the company is looking to recruit a qualified Finance Business Partner.

The Finance Business Partner will support a £200m division of the business operating across multiple countries and entities. You will partner with senior stakeholders and produce a monthly performance pack with detailed commentary. The role's purpose is to provide real-time visibility of the division's performance and interpret financial accounts based on individual legal entities.

The role involves supporting budgeting & forecasting, providing financial support to budget holders, and performing ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required. An ERP project is planned in the next 12 months, and the Finance Business Partner will be actively involved.

We are seeking qualified accountants with a strong background in Management Accounting and commercial skills. Strong analytical and communication skills are required to liaise effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
