Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a successful and growing business in York!

Pratap Partnership is pleased to be working with a business in York to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in commercially impacting the performance of an already successful group.

The successful applicant will partner with the senior leadership team and lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, deliver insightful analysis, to support the growth agenda.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
  • Provide timely, insightful performance reporting and variance analysis.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships as the key finance contact.
  • Develop and enhance KPI reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Lead ad hoc analysis and support key business projects.

To be successful in this role, you will be an ambitious qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with excellent stakeholder management skills. You’ll have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI production gained in a dynamic business. You will also be a team player and confident communicator, with the ability to nurture excellent working relationships.
