Our extensive direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.

Role Purpose:

Align structures, processes, and accountabilities to effectively partner and challenge senior business leaders in the optimisation of business performance.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring engagement, focus, development, and potential realization.
2. Ensure appropriate structures, governance, and measures are in place to manage, challenge, and optimise business performance.
3. Partner with relevant senior business leaders by providing high-quality, timely, and insightful information.
4. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes in line with business strategy and targets to support planning, organisation, and results.
5. Ensure forecasts, budgets, and plans are clear, owned, communicated effectively, and delivered on time.
6. Support key projects by enabling data understanding, insights, and delivering better solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with post-qualified experience.
• Ability to lead, influence, and coach direct reports.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial and operational decision support capabilities.
