Florette UK & Ireland seeks a Finance Business Partner for its farming operations in Colchester. The ideal candidate will oversee the full P&L, support farm operations, and work within a team to maximize profitability, contributing to annual budgets and enhancing financial analyses. Candidates should be CIMA qualified with relevant experience and possess strong analytical skills.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner - Farming at Agrial Fresh Produce, producer of the Florette salad brand, to join our farming team in Colchester, CO7 7HG. This unique role involves direct responsibility for AFF’s P&L and business partnering across two growing sites, both outdoor and indoor, harvested year-round.
The ideal candidate will be recently qualified (CIMA or equivalent) with around a year of post-qualification experience in a finance role. Reporting to the Head of Business Finance, the Finance Business Partner will support farm operations and contribute to the wider business finance team to maximize profitability. Experience with WIP Accounting or in an FMCG environment is highly desirable due to the farm's variable nature.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, with hybrid working (2 days remote).
Salary: Competitive, with annual bonus eligibility.
