Location: Norwich or London based
Salary:circa £50,000 (Norwich) circa £60,000 (London)

Ideal for someone with experience in finance or claims management, looking to take on more responsibility and influence business decisions. You'll be working closely with various teams, so strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Please note that this is a fixed-term contract with an end date of 31st January 2026.
A bit about the job:
This role is crucial in shaping the performance agenda and providing the business with choices around optimising growth and profitability. You'll support the Head of Claims Finance by offering commercially focused, effective, and timely financial advice. Your responsibilities will include managing the claims expenses month-end/year-end process, driving efficiency across Claims, and preparing MI packs for performance reviews. You'll also manage the quarterly forecasting process and assist with ad-hoc expenses projects to improve processes and efficiency tracking. This role is vital in helping the business understand their financial management responsibilities and key value drivers.
