Finance Business Partner (Digital Annuity)

Ricoh is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner (Digital Annuity) who will serve as the Business Partner to Annuity & Service senior management, providing key support to the decision-making process. As a member of the finance team, you will build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the monthly reporting cycle, including variance analysis, forecast assessment, and commentary.
  2. Design and produce high-quality reports tailored to stakeholder requirements.
  3. Perform analysis to generate meaningful business insights, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  4. Track corrective actions and ensure deviations are remedied within agreed timelines.
  5. Participate in monthly meetings with senior management to discuss results and strategies.
  6. Support budgeting and long-term planning processes, attending reviews as needed.
  7. Develop and enhance reporting systems and tools.
  8. Ensure compliance with local GAAP & IFRS accounting policies and assist with internal and external audits, including SOX testing.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, finance, or related fields.
  • Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong financial analytical skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools; experience with Oracle and Hyperion is desirable.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
  • Confidence and gravitas to liaise with senior management across Europe, demonstrating ownership and adding value through recommendations.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy.
  • Experience in developing reporting systems from a business perspective, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Multinational experience and ability to operate across diverse cultural groups.
