Job summary

Home Group in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a Finance Analyst to move from routine reporting to shaping key decisions across the development pipeline. You’ll prepare financial analyses, track monthly pipeline changes and partner with project managers to challenge and improve performance, delivering value for projects.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern, a salary of £35,000–£45,000 with a health cash plan and a strong development culture.

Qualifications

• A part or full finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) or equivalent experience.
• Strong business partnering skills and commercial awareness.
• Experience in a finance team, ideally within development or delivery.
• An eye for detail and a clear view of the bigger picture.

The practical bits

• You'll work Monday to Friday
• You'll manage your own diary
• We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our One Strawberry Lane office, with the rest from home.
