Job summary

Axon Moore is partnering with a growing international organisation in Preston to recruit two newly created Finance Business Partner positions. These roles offer full ownership of an individual company and exposure across the business, enabling a tangible commercial impact.

Ideal candidates are nearly or newly qualified with a strong commercial mindset and experience in commercial finance within engineering/manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Nearly or newly qualified with strong commercial finance background.
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Excellent Excel skills and financial modelling ability.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and challenge/advise decisions.

Responsibilities

• Produce divisional management accounts and performance reports.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for business planning.
• Develop cash flow models and conduct cost analysis.
• Monitor product margins and drive commercial improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders across divisions and provide financial insight.
