Description

  • Act as a principal financial advisor to senior leadership.
  • Support and guide management through restructures and business change.
  • Simplify complex financial scenarios to aid decision-making.
  • Influence and challenge financial performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other Finance Business Partners to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and resource management.
  • Identify and implement efficiency savings while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Profile

  • Proven experience of business partnering and adding value to non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong financial skills and knowledge within a medium to large-scale organisation.
  • Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting in complex environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Qualified / Qualified by Experience
  • CIPFA Level 7 Qualification in Business Partnering would be beneficial but not essential

This role is will be due to start around the end of September, so would suit someone just seeing out a notice period / end of contract.
