Finance Business Partner – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 Start Date: From 1st August onwards

Location: Office is based in Salford // Fully remote, with quarterly travel to sites in Paris, Istanbul, Venice, and Budapest

A leading international business is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their EMEA team on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel and the opportunity to influence commercial decisions across multiple European sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across three European sites to provide financial insight and challenge
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting, including P&L and balance sheet analysis
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and group reporting requirements using SAP and Excel

Ideal Candidate

  • (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
  • Confident working in complex stakeholder environments – able to build trust and manage challenging personalities
  • Experience in a multi-site, international business preferred
  • Proficient in SAP and Excel
