Job description

Pratap Partnership is excited to be working with an industry-leading business in Leeds to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a great opportunity for a commercially astute, qualified accountant to impact the strategic performance of a critical operational area of the business.

The role will involve:

  • Managing a small team and partnering with several Directors across the business
    Provide strong financial leadership to ensure that financialperformance aligns with business strategy.
  • Owning cost control and ensuring financial objectives are delivered by aligning resources with business outcomes and translating financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ensure key decisions are data-driven and structured, acting as a trusted advisor and active contributor to leadership discussions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders by gaining a deep understanding of business operations, performance drivers, and processes to inform financial guidance.
  • Leading and planning of efficiency and productivity improvements, supported by effective reporting to track delivery and impact.

To be successful in this role, you will be an ambitious, qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with excellent stakeholder management skills. You’ll have great leadership skills, display resilience, and be keen to work in a fast-paced environment. The role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.
