GKN Aerospace is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner at the Filton site to translate financial data into strategic business decisions. You’ll partner with operational leaders, influence senior stakeholders and drive robust, scalable finance processes that underpin growth.

You will turn complex datasets into concise insights, support performance reviews, and help design efficient end-to-end processes with strong governance and operational effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified or finalist accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA).
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance role.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience improving processes, removing inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to build strong relationships and challenge constructively across all levels of the organisation.
• Previous working experience of SAP.

• Ensure strong financial governance and controls are maintained while balancing commercial agility and operational effectiveness.

At our GKN Filton site, we specialise in the design and manufacture of large complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic components and wing systems for a combination of both civil and military aircraft.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who enjoys turning financial data into business decisions. This is an opportunity for someone who is naturally curious, challenges existing ways of working and thrives on improving processes, simplifying complexity, and influencing outcomes.

You’ll work closely with operational and senior leaders, providing insight that drives performance while helping build robust, scalable finance processes that support bottom line growth.
