About You

We are seeking two Finance Business Partners to join us. You’ll play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making across the business. You’ll be embedded in operational teams, providing analysis, insight, and challenge to ensure Trooli remains financially robust and strategically aligned.

The Role

• Partner across business verticals to deliver financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting support from business case development through to operational process documentation and improvement.
• Provide insightful reporting and analysis to guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support investment appraisals, business cases, and commercial projects.
• Help develop KPIs and dashboards to drive performance and accountability.
• Ensure alignment of financial goals with broader business strategy.
• Ownership and co-ordination of projects as and when appropriate.
• Continuous improvement of processes for efficient and effective financial analysis for commercial and finance teams.

Skills / Experience

• Proven experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly proficient in Excel, financial modelling, and ERP/reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
