As a Finance Business Partner to our Infrastructure businesses, your base will be our Warwick office with flexible hybrid working - 2 days a week remote working.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Partnering the operational/sales business leaders.
2. Collaborating with the wider finance team and commercial functions to identify data requirements and provide reports/dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
3. Track and challenge branch P&L performance. Conduct comprehensive operational analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimal resource allocation.
4. Working with the Head of Finance supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications:

1. A Qualified Accountant – ACCA, CIMA OR ACA with experience of commercial Finance Business Partnering to operational/sales leaders in a multisite organisation.
2. Commercially driven, ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities and risks.
3. A confident, organised and resilient individual.
4. Ability to partner with business leaders, influence decisions and offer expertise.
