As a Finance Business Partner and Cost Accountant, you’ll report to the Head of Operational Finance for a highly accredited and well-established food manufacturer.
In this newly created role, you’ll work in a small, dedicated finance team across the group’s production sites. The company values high social and environmental standards, transparency, accountability, and B Corp certification.

Day-to-day responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling, measuring business KPIs, partnering with key stakeholders, budgeting and forecasting, and managing ad hoc financial projects.
To qualify for this site-based role, candidates should be ACCA/CIMA qualified or in the final stages of qualification, have experience working for a UK food manufacturer or FMCG business, or possess relevant transferable skills related to manufacturing or supply chain. Advanced IT skills, including intermediate Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas), and experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics highly desirable, Oracle, Sage, SAP) are required. Proven ability to develop successful working relationships across multiple departments is essential.
