Overview

Finance Business Partner — Remote Working (With some adhoc company travel to either London or Manchester).

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders, providing insightful analysis and strategic guidance to drive commercial performance and business decision-making. If you have strong financial expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping our success.

The impact you’ll have: As our Finance Business Partner, you\'ll work closely with the CCO, Commercial Team, and our Training Business Unit Leaders, ensuring that financial insights drive the B2B and B2C sales strategy, marketing investments, and commercial decision-making. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving profitability, efficiency and business performance.

A typical day:

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CCO and commercial team to understand performance drivers across B2B and B2C channels
• Collaborate with Training business leaders to support end-to-end forecasting and budgeting, from revenue to EBIT
• Build and manage KPI dashboards that bring clarity to business performance
• Develop marketing investment review processes and evaluate ROI across all commercial activity
• Contribute to the design and tracking of commercial incentive schemes
• Deliver financial analysis that surfaces trends, flags risks, and highlights new opportunities
• Play an active role in the month-end and year-end process, ensuring accuracy and delivering meaningful commentary
• Feed into weekly trade packs with actionable insight and performance updates
• Own the board pack slides for your business units, working closely with senior leadership to communicate key metrics
• Shape reporting frameworks with support from BI and reporting teams
• Drive quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles across your business areas
• Provide ad hoc support to senior management to inform decision-making

What you’ll bring

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), preferably with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in business partnering with commercial teams, providing financial insights.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Ability to present financial data effectively, with strong PowerPoint skills a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A strategic, future-focused mindset, with a passion for driving business success.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities.
