We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning Not for Profit operating across the South West, who are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position based in Exeter or Weston-super-Mare, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £47,119 to £52,354 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be CCAB qualified (or actively studying towards) and have a background in a not for profit setting.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting key back office functions including IT, People, Facilities and Project teams
  • Partnering with senior managers and budget holders to address financial performance challenges, and providing essential financial insights whilst ensuring accountability and progress
  • Leading the preparation of annual budgets and capital investment in the 30-year business plan, supporting long-term and sustainable growth

Experience required:

  • Experience required in a Not-for-Profit background is highly desirable

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • CCAB qualified or actively working towards qualification
  • Experience providing financial guidance and support to management, budgets holders and non-finance staff
