GBP50,000 – GBP60,000

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join one of our top clients near Membury, Devon, on a permanent basis. As a highly driven and focused Business Partner, you will be responsible for producing insightful financial forecasts and profitability scenarios that support the business's strategic aims.

The package:

• GBP50,000 – GBP60,000, experience dependent
• A discretionary hybrid working pattern
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role of Finance Business Partner:

• Produce reports to analyse revenue and profitability to drive gross profit across various workstreams
• Complete month-end closing, prepare annual budgets and cashflows, and produce management reports
• Identify improvements and review processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure plans reflect current performance issues, are robust, and owned by the business

The Ideal Candidate:

• ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified
• Confident decision-maker
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel modelling skills
• An analytical thinker with a methodical approach
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Finance Business Partner role
