The organization is undergoing a period of development and transformation and is now looking for a skilled Finance Business Partner to join and support the team for 6 months as they navigate upcoming changes. Reporting to the Head of Management Accounts, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner role:

• Ensure the production of timely and high-quality management accounts, including commentary
• Take full responsibility for a business unit with an income of £6m
• Review financial performance monthly
• Assist with annual budget setting and reforecast financial performance against plans
• Design and deliver analysis to enhance understanding of profitability
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding budgets and variance analysis

Requirements of the Finance Business Partner role:

• Ideally a qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA, or an exceptional finalist
• Advanced Excel skills and strong systems knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong management accounts experience and business partnering skills
• Car owner/driver due to location
