Description
  • Partner with business leaders to provide insightful financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and business support.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Monitor financial performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the development of business plans and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial trends, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and the alignment of financial and operational strategies.
  • Work closely with non-finance stakeholders to ensure financial literacy and effective decision-making.
  • Drive cost management and efficiency initiatives to support the company's financial objectives.
  • Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Profile
  • May be studying towards an Accountancy qualification.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Offer
