Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established global organisation for a Finance Business Partner to support their Customer Service operations across the EMEA region. This role offers the chance to join a dynamic international finance team, acting as a key partner to regional business leaders and contributing to strategic financial planning and performance enhancement.

The Role:
Reporting into the EMEA Finance Director for Customer Service, you will work closely with leadership to ensure financial transparency, strategic insight, and process compliance. This position combines financial analysis, business partnering, and forecasting in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the business planning and forecasting processes across regional units.

  • Ensuring adherence to internal financial guidelines and external regulations.

  • Delivering financial analysis to identify performance trends and recommend improvements.

  • Supporting data accuracy through effective financial tools and reporting mechanisms.

  • Coordinating with Controllers and Shared Services to resolve issues and enhance processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Degree-qualified in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar financial controlling role, ideally within a multinational environment.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance and financial governance practices.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-driven approach.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5% annually).

  • Demonstrates proactivity, strong analytical skills, and team-oriented thinking.
