Job summary

AD Finance in Cannock is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to partner with operational leaders, delivering financial insight and challenge to drive performance. You will prepare monthly management accounts and provide KPI analysis to support informed decisions.

Applicants should be part-qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA, with strong management accounting, Excel skills, and excellent stakeholder communication to influence outcomes across the business.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or qualified ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational stakeholders and budget holders.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Deliver insightful financial reporting, KPI analysis, and performance commentary.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial modelling and analysis for business initiatives and investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost control.
• Support VAT reporting, audit requirements, and financial governance.
• Drive improvements in reporting, systems, and processes.
