Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering – Build strong relationships with departmental heads to provide insightful financial support and challenge decision-making where appropriate.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Financial Analysis – Deliver detailed analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive profitability.
  • Performance Reporting – Produce timely and accurate monthly management reports with commentary, KPIs, and variance analysis.
  • Project Support – Support strategic projects and investment appraisals, providing financial modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement – Work closely with operational teams to streamline processes, improve financial controls, and implement best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo
