Due to the rapid growth of Fletchers Group, we are seeking a new Finance Business Partner to support the CFO, Finance Director, and Heads of Department in delivering complex MI to the legal and support areas of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support to the CN Finance Head of Department, including producing monthly MI packs, organizing follow-up meetings with directors, reviewing KPIs, and providing analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
2. Assist CFO, Finance Director, and Department Heads with refinancing activities, including data gathering, analysis, and consolidation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Fully qualified or finalist in CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and attention to detail
• Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Desirable Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Experience in the legal sector
• Familiarity with case management systems
• Commercial awareness
