About the Role
Lusona is supporting our Global client in Ayrshire to source applicants for this exciting opportunity to join their dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.
Reporting directly to the Senior FP&A Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance, partnering with operational teams, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across an 18-month cycle and quarterly reviews.
Build strong relationships with operational budget holders to support KPI delivery.
Analyse financial performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and cash flow.
Drive productivity improvements and quantify their impact on the income statement.
Execute and continuously improve FP&A processes.
Manage month-end close and reporting deliverables to global HQ.
Apply sound judgment and analytical thinking to solve complex problems.
What We’re Looking For
A self-starter with strong initiative and influencing skills.
Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ICAS.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Experience in FP&A within an operational environment.
ERP system experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
