A global financial services firm is seeking a Junior Finance Business Partner in Redhill. This position involves managing key business relationships and providing strategic insights to enhance decision-making. Candidates should be partially qualified in accounts (ACCA/CIMA) with strong communication and analytical skills. The role supports P&L management and requires the ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing remote and in-office interactions based on business needs.
As a Junior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for working alongside the Finance Business Partner to manage key business relationships with key stakeholders within Finance and the Business. Your primary goal is to provide insights and strategic support to your business, supporting them with efficient and effective decision-making, leading to growth in the business. The role is based in Redhill and would require travelling to the office based on business demand.
