Finance Business Partner - Permanent Role
£55,000 - £70,000 per annum, Negotiable based on experience
Based in Perth, Full-time position

Our client, a reputable organisation in the Manufacturing sector, is seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role offers a key opportunity to influence financial management and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  2. Support year-end audits and the preparation of statutory accounts.
  3. Prepare Management Accounts, including journals, accruals, and prepayments.
  4. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  5. Handle VAT returns and CIS payments.
  6. Conduct financial analysis and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience in Construction, Manufacturing, or similar industries is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
